At Doodlebugs, our whole family is involved. Finding the right puppy and breeder when our oldest kids were young lead us to start our own program in 2012. We weren't able to find pups bred and raised the way we wanted them to be. So we made the decision to offer to others what we felt so often sorely missed.

Our program focuses on preparing the pups for a full and empowered life. The pups are used to the hustle and bustle of a busy family and tons of snuggles of everyone here from the kids to adults. We raise them with ENS and imprint on ESI followed by a special puppy curriculum allowing the puppies to explore and be challenged age appropriately. All of this teaches them to trust and be empowered. To be brave and try new things since we show them the world is a safe place and people are kind. At 8 weeks old we temperament test all our puppies to give them a voice and allow them to show us what would be the best fit for them. Even though our parents are all health tested we still send our pups home with 30 days of Trupanion. And to make sure everyone has all the training tools one might need including live trainers in times of need we include Baxter and Bella online dog training school with all our puppies as well and of course our own unlimited support.
